Information for External Providers

1) The relevant technical data of processes, products, and services (e.g., specifications, drawings, process requirements, and work instructions) to be provided by the external providers

2) External providers to provide approval certificate of products and services to Oss Air Management (e.g., OEM Certificate, Technical Data of product, OEM approval or inspection procedures)

3) External providers to provide details of equipment, approved methods/processes that will be used such as  Methods for NDT inspection, Calibration process etc.

4) External providers to provide approval for the release of products and services like Product CA Form 1, serviceable Tag, Calibration Certificate, C of C, or other applicable data and for Services provided CA Form 1 post compliance of inspections as applicable.

5) External providers to share details of personnel performing the outsourced activity, including qualifications, competence at the time of the annual audit or as required by OSS Air Management.

6) The external providers to share the details of interactions/communication with the OSS Air Management whenever required.

7) OSS Air Management Pvt. Ltd. will control and monitor the performance of external providers on the basis of delivery time, documentation and response to queries. The performance rating will further be utilized during awarding future contracts.

8) External providers to provide access to OSS Air Management for verification or validation activities that the organization, or its customer, intends to perform at the external providers’ premises. The audit will be conducted annually or as required by OSS Air Management.

9) External Providers to possess an approved quality management system.

10) External Providers need to use approved processes from OEM documents for services or as per customer-approved procedures.

11) External Providers need to notify OSS Air Management of nonconforming processes like failed NDT test, failed Calibration test, and products not matching OEM requirements or services and obtain prior approval for their disposition.

12) External Providers to ensure not to supply unapproved/unauthorized parts to OSS Air Management Pvt. Ltd. or use any unapproved parts. If any PMA part is delivered without Oss Air Management’s approval, it will be the external provider’s responsibility to return the item and to provide credit or approved parts, as considered necessary by OSS Air Management.

13) External Providers need to notify OSS Air Management of changes to processes, products, or services, including changes in their external providers or location of manufacture, and obtain its approval.

14) External Providers to agree to fulfill the requirements of Oss Air Management and its customers’ requirements.

15) External Providers need to retain documented information pertaining to all products and services provided as per intimated retention periods and disposition requirements.

16) External providers to provide access to OSS Air Management, their customers and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of facilities and applicable documented information during the annual Audit or whenever required.

17) External Providers to ensure that their employees are aware of their contribution to product or service conformity, their contribution to product safety and the importance of ethical behavior.

18) External Providers have specific authority to check customer requirements.

19) External Providers to provide the format and content of the delivery documentation. The delivery documentation is to be signed by an authorized person.

20) External Providers to have a particular team or authorized person to ensure product malfunctions, defects, and unairworthy conditions are analyzed and corrective/preventive actions are instituted.
