OSS Air Management was formed in 2005 by Shri Nayan A. Jagjivan as a Helicopter Charter Operator later evolving into one of Leonardo Helicopters’ most advanced Maintenance Service Centers. It is funded by J V Gokul Group which was founded in 1950, a multi-million dollar enterprise with a seven-decade legacy
One of the group’s early promoters, Mr. Ravindra J. Gokal has led the group to success. The second generation, Mr. Nayan A. Jagjivan is carrying on the group’s legacy and ambition.
Aviation Business is split into separate entities:
Onshore – O S S Air Management Pvt. Limited (OSS)
Offshore – Heligo Charters Pvt. Limited (Heligo)
Leasing and financing arm – Brics Leasing & Finance International Limited (BLFIL).
