OSS Air Management was formed in 2005 by Shri Nayan A. Jagjivan as a Helicopter Charter Operator later evolving into one of Leonardo Helicopters’ most advanced Maintenance Service Centers.
Aviation Business is split into separate entities:
Onshore – O S S Air Management Pvt. Limited (OSS)
Offshore – Heligo Charters Pvt. Limited (Heligo)
Leasing and financing arm – Brics Leasing & Finance International Limited (BLFIL).
